BLOX and XSite Modular today announced that the companies have entered into a strategic alliance that will continue to drive the modular construction industry forward.
BLOX pioneered the Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) building delivery system which replaces traditional design and construction methods with a 21st century approach focused on quality, cost and speed. Their alliance with XSite Modular, a leading global design-builder of critical infrastructure buildings (CIB) and a recognized authority in prefabrication consulting, enhances BLOX’s ability to serve its existing customers while expanding its footprint into modular datacenter and cable-landing station markets.
This alliance will roll out over the next 90 days, allowing for transition of XSite Modular staff to BLOX’s team. Once complete, XSite Modular’s customers will have the benefit of BLOX’s one million square feet of manufacturing space and their in-house, world-class design and engineering capabilities.
